Entries Now Open for Hong Kong’s Premier Young Hospitality Competition

Entries are officially open for the prestigious Young Chef, Young Waiter, Young Mixologist (YYY) Hong Kong competition. Ambitious hospitality professionals aged 28 and under are invited to apply for a career-defining opportunity to showcase their talent on a global stage and compete for a share of US$15,000 grand prize.

The YYY competition provides a unique platform for the next generation of culinary and service leaders to gain unparalleled industry exposure, receive invaluable mentorship from celebrated figures, and connect with their peers. This is more than just a contest; it is a chance for Hong Kong’s rising stars to elevate their careers and represent their city in the World Finals.
