Arbiona “Abby” Cadman’s story is one of creativity, determination and an unrelenting passion for food and hospitality. Her early childhood shaped a deep appreciation for the power of food to bring people together, sparking a lifelong dream to create unique culinary experiences.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and gaining hands-on experience in her family’s ventures in Australia, Abby’s husband led her to Hong Kong, where she found her calling in the vibrant F&B industry. In 2019, she acquired Relish, a boutique catering company, and later expanded her portfolio by acquiring the renowned Gingers Catering. To unify her growing ventures, Abby established Feste Group, a parent company dedicated to innovation and excellence in food, events, and hospitality.

Abby’s vision extends beyond traditional catering. In 2023, she brought the prestigious Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist (YYY) competition to Hong Kong, spotlighting emerging talent in the hospitality industry. Her commitment to fostering creativity and community culminated in the development of the Edible Art Fair concept, a groundbreaking event that merges art and food into an immersive, sensory journey. Designed to educate, inspire, and delight, the Edible Art Fair reflects Abby’s innovative and creative mindset.

Through years of global pandemic, and economic uncertainty, Abby has not only sustained her businesses but redefined what it means to innovate in the F&B world. With the Edible Art Fair, she continues to push boundaries, creating a platform where art, food, and culture converge.
